Analyzing the cognitive load involved in online teaching and learning process is an important factor ensuring more concrete educational results, mainly because it observes interference that different formats of content presentation can cause acquisition information by human memory. With this mind, article presents a Framework called FACCE, which based on aspects arising from convergence four studies: Cognitive Load Theory, Theory Multimedia Learning, principles electronic Usability Heuristics Interfaces search instrumentalize assessment education.
